Services provided at each visit are determined by your treating chiropractor based on clinical judgment and your individual care plan.

Every dollar you prepay is deposited into a separate patient trust account as required by Florida law. Funds are transferred only as your visits are actually provided.

If you discontinue care, we calculate the value of the services you actually received and promptly refund any unearned prepaid balance. You pay only for services rendered.

Patient trust funds are maintained in accordance with s. 460.413, Florida Statutes. Disputed funds are not withdrawn until the dispute is resolved, and patient funds are delivered promptly upon request.

Services you've received are calculated at our standard fee schedule (averaging $125 per visit after the initial exam), applied to your account, and any unearned prepaid balance is refunded promptly. Package discounts may be adjusted based on visits actually used.
Is this for car accident (PIP) treatment?
No. Care after an auto accident is billed through your Personal Injury Protection insurance — you should not prepay for accident care. These packages are for privately paid wellness and maintenance care. If you've been in an accident, contact any of our six locations.
