County Line Chiropractic Center, Inc. (“County Line,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging to communicate with patients and with people who contact us. This policy explains what we send, how you consent, and how to stop.

1. What we send

We send three kinds of text messages:

• Appointment reminders for scheduled visits

• Replies to your questions when you have contacted us

• Clinic updates such as closures, schedule changes, or weather-related notices

We do not send promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or bulk advertising by text. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

2. Information we collect

When you consent to receive text messages, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number

• Your name

• Your consent status, including the date you opted in and the date you opted out if you do

3. How you consent

You consent to receive text messages from us in one of these ways:

• You provide your mobile number and agree to text messaging on your patient intake paperwork when you become a patient

• You text us first, in which case we may reply by text

• You tell a staff member that you would prefer text reminders

Submitting the contact form on our website does not opt you in to text messages. We respond to website inquiries by phone.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel all text messages.

Reply HELP for information or to be connected with our staff.

You can also call any of our clinics and ask to be removed. Once you opt out, we will not text you again unless you give consent a second time.

Opting out of texts does not affect your care. We will still reach you by phone.

5. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and whether you have contacted us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for text messages.

6. Do not send us health information by text

Text messages are not encrypted or secure. Please do not send us medical details, symptoms, insurance information, or anything about your treatment by text.

We will never ask you for personal health information, insurance numbers, payment details, or identification by text message. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking for any of that, do not respond — call the clinic directly at the number listed on our website.

Questions about your care belong in a phone call or a visit, where the conversation is protected in ways that text messaging is not.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
